乳木果油 Shea Butter Oil
〔Brief〕
Shea butter oil is a fat extracted from the nut of the African shea tree.
In Ghana, shea butter is applied as lotion to protect the skin during the dry Harmatta season; where in Nigeria, it's also used for the management of sinusitis and relief of nasal congestion. It is massaged into joints and other parts of the body where pain occurs.

〔Uses〕
Shea butter oil is widely used in cosmetics as moisturiser, salve or lotion. It is applied to heal the wound when there's injuries or inflammation. With the helps of vitamine A, vitamine E and allantoin, shea butter oil could create a moisture barrier to boost long-lasting hydration of skin, and it aslo improves the collagen in skin to prevent aging and wrinkle.
